Firemen don't always put out kitchen fires; sometimes they start them! Cooking for their crew 365 days a year, both lunch and dinner, firemen become not only proficient but expert! The men from a New York City area firehouse love cooking so much that they asked B. joined them as they prepare their Thanksgiving dinner.

Skillet Pumpkin Pie

A special treat from B., this pie is prepared and baked in an iron skillet. You spoon it out, instead of slicing it, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top is the finishing touch.
