SEGMENT SYNOPSIS
EPISODE #16: NAVY SEALS
We're mainly military on PMK when we travel to Southern California to hang out with the Navy Seals. This elite military maritime unit takes their name from the work they do on sea, in the air and on land. Using state-of-the-art equipment equipped with the most modern technologies available, the Seals can launch attacks against unsuspecting enemies many times their size in top-secret missions all over the world.
They'll take our PMK hosts on all kinds of adventures showing us how they infiltrate their target areas by fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, surface ships and submarines. Although they account for less than one-tenth of one percent of all Navy personnel, the Seals are busier than ever using digital communications networks and mass data links to conduct a variety of high-risk missions, combat search-and-rescue trips and unconventional and top-secret warfare strategies.
They'll take our hosts on combat drown proofing exercises in their training tank, show them how their special boat units manage covert military actions and show them why the leap frog parachute team is among the best in the world.
Our PMK hosts get the rare chance to meet the crewmen who make up the Seals and discover the kinds of intense physical and mental conditioning it takes to become a Seal. Do our PMK hosts have the right stuff to hang out with this super-elite unit? Stay tuned to find out.
